My biggest complaint is the smoky smell that permeates the entire facility. I was on the 4th floor both times I stayed and it was quiet aside from normal hotel noises. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds are nice. There are places where the wallpaper is peeling or paint is scuffed up.
The rooms are fine and comfortable but are starting to show their age. There were several of us traveling for work and it took three people over 20 minutes to check in. I don't feel it was a staff issue but rather a very slow computer system. The front desk staff are friendly but checking in takes a long time. It's not bad but I wouldn't call it high end either. I have stayed in the 12 Tribes Casino Hotel twice in the past month.
